Picasso offers us an intriguing subject with this pitcher of original form revealing a certain bonhomie through the drawing of this laughing fish. Produced at the Madoura studio in Vallauris, this jug is reminiscent of Mediterranean rock art and Greek antiquity, with its earthy red color and black-and-white decoration.
