Once the package is in the hands of DHL, the average delivery times are 1 to 2 business days in Europe and 2 to 5 business days for the rest of the world. We always opt for express rather than economy shipping, ensuring rapid and uncompromising satisfaction, as well as delivery against signature.

For purchases below this amount, a surcharge of 45 EUR will be requested at the time of finalizing your order. This amount also includes packaging fees and insurance covering the value of the artwork, thus ensuring your peace of mind against theft or damage.
If your package is destined for a country outside the European Union, you may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges vary depending on the destination country of the delivery.
Paper artworks can be shipped in a tube or flat if their fragility demands it (such as engravings with fragility in the plate mark, stencils, or pastels, among others).
Given the fragility of glass, it is strongly advised against sending frames fitted with glass panes by carrier. Therefore, we prefer to ship frames with plexiglass panes, thus ensuring the integrity of the artwork and its frame during delivery. However, exceptionally, we can ship frames fitted with glass panes, provided that the recipient agrees to bear the risks of transport-related damage. In all cases, theft is always covered.
Our team is committed to ensuring a secure flat packaging process without framing, following a rigorous procedure:
- First, each artwork is delicately wrapped in tissue paper or placed in a protective sleeve to preserve its pictorial surface.
- Then, it is carefully rolled into a transport tube or inserted into a sturdy flat cardboard, specifically tailored to its dimensions, thus ensuring optimal support during transport.
- Using specially designed adhesive tape, the artwork is securely fixed inside the cardboard, ensuring it remains immobile throughout the journey.
- To further reinforce the protection, the package is wrapped in bubble wrap at the corners and across its entire exterior surface, providing an additional layer of security.
- Finally, a security tape is applied to the package. This tape plays a crucial role in securing shipments by deterring any attempts at tampering, be it losses, package openings, or thefts. Its adhesive leaves an indelible mark, acting as an effective deterrent against any attempts at compromise.
