About the Works

What is an original print?

A print is an original work created from an engraved or drawn matrix, then manually printed in a limited edition (lithography, engraving, woodcut, etc.).

Are the artworks signed?

The majority of the artworks offered are hand-signed by the artist. This information is always specified on the artwork’s description page, indicating whether the work is hand-signed, signed in the plate, or unsigned.

How is the authenticity of an artwork guaranteed?

Each artwork is carefully selected by our expert Thaddée Poliakoff and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by him (excluding posters).

Where can the artworks be viewed?

Our artworks are exhibited in our two Parisian galleries:

• 53, rue de Turenne, Paris 3rd (Le Marais district)

• 6, rue de l’Échaudé, Paris 6th (Saint-Germain-des-Prés district)

Each artwork’s page specifies which gallery it is displayed in.

How can you keep up with our latest arrivals?

Subscribe to our newsletter (icon at the top left of the website).

To follow a specific artist, go to their page and click “Follow this artist”.

How can I find out if you have works by a specific artist?

Search for their name via our artist index.
If you cannot find the artwork or artist you are looking for, leave us your contact details via our contact form: we will notify you as soon as a matching work becomes available.

What is the heart-shaped icon for?

It allows you to save your favourite artworks while browsing. By clicking the heart icon in the menu, you can view your full selection.
To save it across devices, simply create a customer account.

Our Services

Are the artworks framed?

This information is specified on each artwork page.

If the artwork is framed, the displayed price includes the framing.

If the artwork is unframed, we can offer a bespoke framing service. The cost depends on the type of framing selected and will be provided by quotation, with no commission added by the gallery.

Can I request personalised guidance?

Yes. If you have a project, a space to furnish, or a budget to consider, we can propose a tailor-made selection of artworks.

Purchase a Work

How can I purchase an artwork on the website?

Click on “Add to cart”, follow the checkout steps, and complete the payment.
A confirmation email will be sent to you.

What payment methods are accepted?

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express…)

• Bank transfer

• PayPal (up to €1,000)

• In gallery: cash (up to €1,000 for French residents, €10,000 for non-residents)

Is it possible to pay in instalments?

Yes, it is possible. Please contact us to discuss the terms.

How is VAT calculated for artworks?

In France, VAT on artworks is reduced to 5.5%.
For collectors residing outside the European Union, VAT may be deducted upon request prior to purchase.
We invite you to contact us before placing your order so that we can explain the procedure and required documentation.

Is my personal data protected?

We guarantee the confidentiality of your information. Banking details are never stored.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and are billed directly by the carrier.

What are the delivery times?

Artworks are delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.

What is the cost of delivery?

€25 for any order under €250

€45 for orders over €250

Free delivery for purchases from €1,200

In all cases, the price includes express delivery, secure packaging, and insurance covering the full value of the artworks.

How can I track my order?

A tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as the order is dispatched.
You can also track your order in your customer account under Orders.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once the order has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Please contact us promptly for any correction before dispatch.

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged or is lost?

Immediately take photos of the parcel and the artwork (before opening if possible).
We provide 100% insurance on our shipments: you will be refunded or an appropriate solution will be offered.

Which customs documents are required for international shipments?

For purchases outside the EU, we provide all necessary official documents to facilitate delivery.
The carrier will inform you of any customs duties or local taxes that may apply upon receipt.

What happens if I wish to schedule delivery?

If you would like your artwork delivered on a specific date, please contact the Le Coin des Arts team before dispatch to inform us of your availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

In all other cases, the carrier will handle delivery and may offer options for rescheduling or secure drop-off if you are not available at the time of delivery.
