Harry Eliott, whose real name is Charles Edmond Hermet, is a French draftsman and illustrator. He was also a painter, particularly in watercolor.
In the early twentieth century, he illustrated magazines (Nos loisirs, Mon journal, Le Sourire, la Revue Illustrée).
In addition to his prints sought after by lovers of hunting and horses, he produced illustrations for children's books, notably for the Hachette collection Bibliothèque verte.
From 1923 to 1940, he illustrated catalogs for Manufrance. He also made some covers for the monthly magazine Le Chasseur français.
