Arches Paper
Miró plunges us into the inner nightmare of a despot. Far from a cozy world, Ubu's dream is a visual cry: strident apple green as a backdrop, disjointed lines, organic shapes in blue, red, and yellow. Sleep becomes a mental trap, where Ubu's excesses burst forth without restraint. A nightmarish theater, colored like a toxic hallucination.
