In his works, Greke has created a universe that is in keeping with his imagination and his singularity, sometimes populated by strange-looking creatures that he links to his taste for the ancient Greek god Dyonisos. For the artist, creating is a way of life, and even more a necessity.
Several motifs are recurrent in the Grekesian world: the hypnotizing dots, the clouds, conducive to all sorts of reveries and interpretations. Arrows, lines, circles occupy a multi-directional space.
Greke's works seem to be expanding, often radiating, and vibrating. Greke has been able to compose an original pictorial universe from elements that intermingle or clash. Greke does not demonstrate anything but reveals processes, movements, waves. There is a great freedom left to the viewer.
